Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.

Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve queries effectively.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service standards.

Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

Follow company policies and compliance requirements during interactions.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.

Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

Prior BPO/Call Center experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
