🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve queries effectively.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service standards.

  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

  • Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Follow company policies and compliance requirements during interactions.

✅ Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

  • Prior BPO/Call Center experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
