Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:
  • Managing both incoming calls from customers and making outbound calls as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support related to products or services.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Documentation:
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the system.
  • Meeting Targets:
  • Achieving individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and other key metrics.
  • Adherence to Policies:
  • Following company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
